Woodstock in the D: 50th Anniversary of the Detroit Rock and Roll Revival (Sat. Aug. 10, 2019)

Woodstock happened 50 years ago in 1969. Some 400,000 people showed up for the festival that defined a generation.

Now, 50 years later, Michigan is paying tribute to the spirit of Woodstock with Woodstock in the D.

This one day show will feature nine musical acts and thousands are expected to attend.

Performing are Canned Heat (they opened at the original Woodstock!), John Sinclair, Muruga Booker Magic Bus, Itchycoo Park, Scott Morgan and more.

No coolers, beach umbrellas, tents or pets. 

And yes, there is a cash bar. Come check it out!
