State bill calls for porn blocking filter installed on all new computers sold in South Carolina
Not sure what’s worse here? The fact that you would need to pay $20 to a state agency to view porn(Sure, those records would be kept safe and secure. Wink-Wink) or the fact that your brand new computer comes with a porn filter installed that is mandated by the state? Which goes back to “What is considered porn” I am sure some people would consider this site porn even though there are no nude images on here.
We at the JobbieCrew try to stay out of the political side but this is fucking crazy! This takes government oversight to a new level. Pretty scary that this law is introduced to combat Human Trafficking (Which we despise along with 99% of other Americans) but it’s hard to see how this is just not another funding grab.
