Dunkaroos were a favorite snack of many American’s in the 1990’s.
Introduced in 1992 by General Mills, Dunkaroos were cinnamon or vanilla cookies that you could dip in vanilla or chocolate icing.
Several packages came in a box. Each package, you peel the top off and the cookies are next to the icing in a tray. It was glorious.
The popularity of Dunkaroos peaked in 1996. However, they were discontinued in the USA in 2012.
But fear not, nostalgic Millennial, you can buy these little babies in Ontario, Canada and smuggle them back into the USA to sell to your fellow millennials at exorbitant prices.
So, if you live in Detroit and your passport has expired, pay the $110.00 renewal fee, so you can go back across the Ambassador Bridge into Windsor and score us some goddamn Dunkaroos!
