German automaker Porsche has created a subscription serviced called Porsche Passport.
There are two different plans:
Plan One
For $2,000/mnth you can drive up to 4 different Porsche’s.
Plan Two
For $3,000/mnth you can drive up to 7 different Porsche’s.
Each subscription plan is 31-days long and also includes:
- $1 million liability insurance policy; $1,000 deductible for drivers
- Roadside assistance, taxes, full detail washes and maintenance
- Personal concierge who will clean and deliver each vehicle
The reasoning behind this car-sharing subscription service is that automobile ownership is projected to start majorly declining.
Porsche will be piloting the Porsche Passport phone app this November 2017 in Atlanta, Georgia.
