Dubai’s new Floating Seahorse villas are 131 villas located 2.5 miles off the mainland.
Each villa offers 360-views of the ocean with an artificial coral reef below. They are 3-stories tall with a 57-square foot master bedroom completely below sea level.
The villas are 4,000-sqaure feet and feature glass-bottom jacuzzi, catamaran hammock, personal butlers and more.
Several of the villas are already built and the rest will be completed by 2018. The cost of each villa is $1.8 million dollars.
