Local fisherman Matthew Hood was fishing in the Atlantic Ocean when he saw something floating in the water.
A large wrapped bundle was buoying under the dock of the Caribbean Resort (117 E. Carroll St, Islamorada, Florida).
Matthew used a large net to drag the bundle to his boat. When he opened the package he found it contained at least 25 smaller packages of cocaine wrapped in different colors.
The estimated value of the bundle is $500,000.
