Chelios Mansion!

NHL Hall of Famer and retired Detroit Red Wing defenseman Chris Chelios is moving back to his hometown of Chicago to be a Chicago Blackhawks Ambassador and he’s selling his Metro Detroit mansion.

Built in 2004, the mansion is located at 790 Falmouth Drive, Bloomfield Hills, MI and is 10,000-square feet, has 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and is on 1.21 acres.

Chelios played in the NHL from 1984-2010.

He played with the Montreal Canadiens (1984-90), Chicago Blackhawks (1990-99), Detroit Red Wings (1999-10).

Chelios played in 1,651 games (6th most in NHL history). Gordie Howe is still # 1 with 1,767 games.

Chelios was also the 2nd oldest player in the NHL. Only Gordie Howe was older.

Chris Chelios is a member of The Malibu Mob of homeowners in Malibu, California, along with Kid Rock.

In 2005, Chelios opened Cheli’s Chili Bar (47 E. Adams Ave, Detroit) which he will continue to own. The 3-story bar also has a 2,400-square foot roof top deck. It is located right next to Comerica Park where the Detroit Tigers play baseball.
